Çalışmanın amacını, her iki modelin de istikametinin ve son varış noktalarının aynı olduğunu göstermek oluşturdu. Araştırma sorusuna aranan cevaba ve istenilen sonuca ulaşılabilmesi için Marx’ın ve Rostow’un aşamalar kuramı ele alınarak ortak özelliklerinin belirlenilmesine çalışıldı. Rostow’un ve Marksist yazarların toplumsal biçimlenme özellikleri üzerine yaptıkları tüm metotsal ve teorik araştırmaların Avrupa merkezci düşünce sistemine dayandığı ve her iki gelişme modelindeki toplumsal formasyonların üretici güçleri arasında bir fark bulunmadığı görüldü. Bahsedilen toplumsal formasyonlarda ilerleme ve gelişmenin son durağı olan ve sermaye birikimine dayanan Avrupa sanayi medeniyetine ulaşılması amaçlanmaktaydı. Gerçekleştirilen endüstriyel modellerde sadece dilin kullanımı açısından bir fark vardı : Marksist gelişme modeli=sosyalist sanayi medeniyeti Rostow’un Gelişme modeli = kapitalist sanayi medeniyeti Marx’ın ve Rostow’un gelişme modelleri üretime ve özellikle de sanayi üretimine daha doğrusu sermaye malları üretimine büyük önem ve öncelik atfettiler. Her iki gelişme modelinde de üretim benzer bir iktisat mantığı ile fonksiyon gösterdi. Buradan hareketle bu modellerin birbirlerinden farklı ve birbirinin alternatifi olmaktan ziyade aynı gelişme konseptinin iki varyasyonu olmaktan öteye geçemediler. "The purpose of this paper was showing that the direction and the destination of both models were the same through analysis of common points in both theories. It was seen that Rostow’s and Marxist writers’ all methodical and theoretical research about societal formation characteristics were based on Eurocentralist thought system. There were also no differences between the forces of production for social formations in each development model. The goal of both societal formations was Europe industry civilization that was the last station of the advancement and development and based on the capital accumulation In the industrial models realized, the only difference was pertaining to the use of language : Marxist Development Model= Socialist industry civilization. Rostow’s development = Capitalist industry civilization. The development models of Marx and Rostow attributed great importance and priority to production, especially industry production ; in more accurate words, capital goods production. In both development models, production functioned with similar economy logic. As a result, the two models could not go beyond being two variations of the same development concept rather than being distinctive and alternative to each other. |
