Anket yöntemi ile edinilen veriler, Z ve X2 testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, bireysel faktörlerin, örgütsel faktörlere göre daha önemli olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca örgütsel faktörler ile eğitim ve bireysel faktörler ile gelir arasındaki ilişkiler önemli bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlara göre, çalışanların eğitim ve gelir düzeylerinin yükseltilmesi, motivasyonu olumlu yönde etkileyebilecektir. Data obtained by the questionnaire was analyzed by Z and X2 tests. Findings suggest that individual factors are more important than the organizational factors. Besides, relationships between organizational factors and education, and between individual factors and income, were found significant. According to these results, it can be suggested that improving the educational and income level of employees can promote motivation |
