"ILL Request" form in your "Library Account" can be used to make requests of books (printed) from other university libraries. This service is provided for academic staff only. Check the other libraries for the books you need and let us know. We’ll do what we can within the framework of “Regulations for Inter Library Loan”.

Yes. Article requests are met within the framework of ULAKBİM Document Delivery System (UBSS) service (this service has only Turkish web pages). UBSS is the system enabling remote users all over the country to make document delivery requests. Users need to create a membership account for themselves in the system and perform their transactions over this account. Requests arriving at the Center with UBSS are provided primarily from ULAKBIM information sources, and other information centers within the country and abroad. Photocopies of documents are sent to users' addresses by post or cargo.

Request Types	Only requests made via KİTS will be accepted.
Publications (Unavailable)	Publications other than the general collection can not be borrowed.
Borrowing Period and Number	5 books can be borrowed for a period of 30 days.
Renewal	An extension can be done once for the non-reserved publications.
Reservation	Reservation can be done for a loaned publication. When the reserved book was checked-in, an e-mail is sent to the library. After this, ILL request must be done through KİTS and Doğuş University Library should be informed about the reserved book.
Over Due	If there are delayed publications for this library, the new requests placed on hold.
Recall	The publications can be called back without waiting for the due date if necessary. Publications must be returned within 72 hours.
Loss or Damage	The library is responsible for the loss or damage of the publications. Our borrowing rules will be applied to resolve the situation.
Cargo Prices	Publications are sent to the library as the recipient paid by courier. The return cargo fee shall be paid by the requesting library.
Articles / Book Sections	Only requests for electronic periodicals are accepted. The rules of database vendors are taken into consideration.
